MUYA project collaborators Anna and Remi Sowa of Chouette Films have contributed a thoughtful blog post to the Research to Action website reflecting on the use of Virtual Reality (VR) as a tool for documenting language and ritual.
Entitled "Virtual Reality helps preserve a millennia-old tradition", the piece discusses the challenges and opportunities associated with this emerging technology and is anchored in the film team's experience of producing a VR recording of the Yasna ceremony for MUYA.
